Your visit to Izmir

- ExaminationA full eye examination and a face-to-face consultation with Dr. Atabay, in English. The surgical plan is made at this visit.
- SurgeryEyelid procedures are usually performed under local anaesthesia, and you return to your accommodation the same day.
- Check-upA follow-up examination in the days after surgery.
- Suture removalSutures are removed at a later visit. Where needed, dissolvable sutures can be used instead. Follow-up after you return home continues by message and video call.
